How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping time estimate: We ship all our parcels via Australia Post using their standard and express shipping options. Australia Post provide estimated delivery times on their webpage: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times. Parcels are posted from the metropolitan area of Perth, Western Australia.

Parcel Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed once an order has been taken to the post office in suburban Perth, WA. Parcels can be tracked by entering your tracking number into Australia Post’s tracking webpage: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Order preparation timeline: Online orders are prepared three times a week in our O’Connor workshop, usually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

 Do you have a specific spoke length?

We custom cut and thread almost all of our spokes in our O’Connor workshop. Straight-gauge spokes have a wide range of lengths available (usually from 70 to around 300 mm), while butted or winged spokes have a narrower range of lengths available.

 How do I specify spoke length when I am ordering?

Spoke lengths are entered after pressing the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page, after you have entered the quantity of spokes needed. If you required multiple lengths of the same spoke, order those as separate items.

 Do your spokes come with nipples?

No, our spokes do not come with nipples. We have a wide range of nipple available, including some less common types provided to solve wheel building compatibility problems.

 Can I pick my order up from the O’Connor workshop?

Yes, you are able to pick your order up from our O’Connor workshop. Choose the ‘local pickup’ option at the checkout. Pick up is usually available during standard workshop hours, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
