IceToolz External Centerlock Lockring Remover (M082)
The IceToolz External Centerlock Lockring Remover is a socket style tool designed for use on hubs with Shimano external centrelock lockrings. The tool is made of Cr-Mo quality steel with tight fit tolerances that make it exceptionally useful when working with thin-profiled external centerlock lockrings.
Please note that unlike a number of other comparable tools, the IceToolz Centerlock Lockring Remover tool is specifically designed to fit lockrings and will not double as a Hollowtech II bottom bracket removal tool.
This tool is designed to work with a common 1/2" Ratchet Wrench or 1/2” breaker bar. The 1/2” square drive socket also allows for greater leverage when required (i.e. a long breaker bar) as well as a torque wrench for tightening to the correct torque specification.
