The Unior 1633/2P is a double sided spoke wrench, sometimes called a ‘sideways’ or ‘dog-bone’ spoke wrench. Adjusting the spoke nipples from the side of the wrench flats is a great option when working with smaller wheel sizes where there can be difficulty fitting a regular spoke wrench. When used in combination with a spoke holding tool, the Unior 1633/2P spoke wrench works fantastically in making small truing adjustments without causing the spokes to twist or wind-up. This spoke wrench is great for making small adjustments when wheel truing, however it is not recommended as a general spoke wrench as it is far slower than other options over an entire wheel build.
