Park Tool’s SW-15, 3-Way Internal Nipple Spoke Wrench provides three different wrench sizes to fit internal spoke nipples. The three sizes are: 3.2 mm square drive; 5 mm hex drive; and 5.5 mm hex drive. 3.2 mm square drive and 5 mm hex drive are the two most common spoke wrench sizes for internal and head-driven nipples. 5 mm hex internal nipples are found in some older Fulcrum and Campagnolo wheels.
