Pillar’s PW 6035 Rim Washers are extremely rare and designed exclusively for use with internal/hidden nipples. These washers are sometimes used by some wheel manufacturers, such as Black Inc. and 3T. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE NIPPLE WASHERS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH STANDARD OR HEAD-DRIVEN NIPPLES.

Notes on Use

We’ve found that applying Wheel Fanatyk’s FIX prior to assembly, as a temporary adhesive, allows us to centre the washer onto the internal nipple and reduce the chance of the washer falling off when inserted into the rim.

Please also note that it is necessary to add 3.2 mm to the ERD measurement to accommodate these washers.
