The Pillar PW7542 Nipple Washers are a thin cup shaped washer commonly found on many production carbon wheels to support the interface between the rim and the nipple.
They fit most 14G and 15G External/Standard Spoke Nipples and often used with Pillar’s own DSN (Double Square Nipples).
Please remember to add 0.6 mm to your measured effective rim diameter (ERD) to account for the thickness of the washers.
